John Shiffman

Attorney John P. Shiffman has a well-deserved reputation of excellence, with a background both in the public and private sector which has given him sensibilities and real world experience contributing to a successful legal career of approximately twenty (20) years.

Mr. Shiffman’s diverse legal experience ranges across multiple areas of law, with vast trial experience in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Criminal and Family law. Mr. Shiffman has successfully litigated matters involving, medical malpractice, work-related injuries, divorce, domestic violence, juvenile offenses, DWI, as well as various criminal charges.

While serving in the United States Navy (1984-1990), Mr. Shiffman received several distinctions including the Good Conduct Award, Meritorious Unit Award, Sea Service Award, Letter of Commendation and five (5) Letters of Appreciation before he was Honorable Discharged. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics, and earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, graduating Cum Laude in 1996. He has passed the state bar exam in both New York and New Jersey.

Attorney Tae Shin’s practice areas stem from his extensive knowledge in federal tax and business law matters.
