He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics, and earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, graduating Cum Laude in 1996. He has passed the state bar exam in both New York and New Jersey.
